The message is clear: making informed choices about alcohol in 2025 can significantly reduce cancer risk and improve overall well-being.


It’s a great time to reflect on the New Year’s goals we set and continue building healthy habits. Personally, I’ve been thinking more about the long-term effects of small daily choices, and this feels like a meaningful opportunity to prioritize our well-being.
